Jake, I wouldn't pay anywhere near that. IF there's a Wal-Mart close by, go to the sporting goods department and have them look up the exact model you want to buy. Sometimes, you can buy a gun there at less than your LGS can buy them wholesale! The "BOOK" they'll use to look up the guns is a huge computer print-out. You absolutely must have the exact model number you want to order, since that is the only way they can order the shotgun.
Just for info, you can also get a brand new Remington 870 with fully rifled barrel for about $250 down here (Wal-Mart).

Varmint hunters have long known that a thicker, heavier, and longer barrel improves shot-to-shot accuracy and helps tame felt recoil. Now, Remington brings those same advantages to a 12-gauge slug gun--the Model 870 SPS "Super Slug" Deer Gun.
This latest advance in slug shooting technology matches a 23-inch fully-rifled, heavy-contour barrel and Remington's barrel-mounted cantilever scope mount with the time-proven Model 870 Special Purpose action. The result is a 30% improvement in vibration-resisting stiffness, more consistent accuracy, and less felt recoil. And when combined with a quality scope and Remington's Premier® Core-Lokt® Ultra Bonded Sabot Slugs, the Model 870 "Super Slug" Deer Gun brings rifle-like accuracy to shotgun deer hunting.
Standard feature include a black synthetic stock and fore-end with sling studs, swivels, a black Cordura® nylon sling, and the revolutionary, recoil reducing R3 recoil pad.
For those who are looking to upgrade their current Model 870 deer gun, the barrel (Order #24551) itself will be available separately and interchanges with other 12-gauge Model 870 shotguns.
