I have heard of Charles Daly Rifles. I haven't seen any of their rimfire rifles until now, but they have shotguns and centerfire also. They seem to have  wide range of price, anywhere from $150 shotguns to $1300 over/unders.   The prices for their center fire rifles are also reasonable and handgun prices are around $400 for  1911's. I have never shot one or seen too many up close, but look like nice guns.  Hopefully someone who has handled them can tell more...

I have a CD .243 and am pretty happy with it.  I dont know anything about their rimfires I can tell you that for the price the centerfires are very good.

"Our rimfire and centerfire bolt-action rifles are both manufactured by legendary firearms maker Zastava."

Zastava, I believe, is the Z in CZ.  Probably similar to the CZ 452, though it looks like the safety mechanism is different.

CZ=Ceska Zbrojovka--say that 5 times fast!

Zastava is a town in Yugoslavia.  Probably the location where the M24 (Czech versions of the K98 Mauser) were made, and where Interarms had their Mark X bolt action rifles made.

I am almost certain that the Charles Daley .22 rifles are made in the Phillipines, I believe by the same people who preveously made/marketed the Squires Bingham line of rifles.  Good quality, low price.

There is no relationship between Zastava and CZ.  CZ firearms are made in the Czech Republic and Zastava firearms are made in Yugoslavia.
