22 Hornet on order
« on: November 16, 2004, 02:25:23 PM »
Well I stoped by Wal-Mart today and ordered a 22 hornet. No trouble at all the lady just called sports south to see if they had it in which I know they did. Then just went to layaway and she put it in the computer and I paid half down. Should be in Tuesday of next week. With all the fun everybody has with there Handi's I thought it was time to get one to. Now if the 30/30 Handi's will just come in stock we might have to look at getting another Handi

I was wanting a light weight gun to carry for crows or ground hogs that would not be to loud to shoot a lot around neighbors. Would like to try it on some squirrels to  :-) I would like to ream it into a K Hornet. Natchez has RCBS dies on sale. Just need to get a few light bullets and see what it likes. Was looking at the simmons atv scope but I don't know what reticle it has. I like the duplex or mil over the dot but it does not say anything about what it has.
