The "beautiful" people...

Often we hear and see on the media people who are referred to as the "beautiful people".
      Usually, in the pointy heads of the current crop of news reporters, that means the Hollyweird crowd...

   I have long said that it would be poetic justice if the Lord, for just one day, would make everyone appear on the outside...just as they are on the inside..
   
    In that case, I believe that some of that spoiled, self-centered Hollyweird crowd would be some of the ugliest on earth.

   In my estimation, some of the truly beautiful people would be the young fighting men and women in the battle zones...What say you.

ironglow - I'll gladly go with ya on that one.  Although I think it might be just as good for them to see themselves as others see them, just for once - it might make them think.  Robert Byrnes might agree.  Mikey.

It has been my observation that "Hollywod stars" are usuallly older and plainer in real life than they are all made-up on the silver screen.
Some of the real stars must be really good actors/actresses since they are as ugly as sin.  Ref; Meryl Streep, John wayne.   :wink:
