How many ducks Ya'll holding up north

Duck count is falling here in Kansas also.

Them Northerns must be holding alot of ducks.

Duck count is under 80,000 should be well over 200,000 by now. Hopefully with this cold weather coming in from the north we will get more birds soon. The ducks we do have are getting tougher and tougher to come into decoys.

I hear you, guys. Our Texas season has been open for over a week now and the bird count so far has been very low. We've been seeing a few ducks here and there, and taking a few too, but not like we should be. I've got a bad feeling that this season we're in for some slim pickins.....

I probably shouldn't be saying this because of jinxing myself, but I have had a good season so far.

I have more ducks in the freezer now than I did all last year.

However, I have been out of town for a week and have not hunted, so the situation may have changed.

Don't worry guys, the ducks will come.
