Hi to all.  As you can see from my handle, what rifles (at least single shots) I own.  Not here to flame or make claims, just wanted some honest info.

On the NEf forums there have been some issues of stuck cases, sometimes poorly fitted barrels, and sometimes poor accuracy.  I think these are the exception, not the rule.  My question here is do the TC's share any of these woes?  I realize there is a definite difference in overall quality, but some of these problems are single shot maladies I think.

I love the idea of being able to get a barrel through the mail, but I honsetly do not like the stock (pistol grip) setup on the TC.  Do they make a traditional stock for them or are they sorta stuck with it due to the pistol/rifle setup.

Like I said not meaning to incite a riot just wanted some info.

Thanks ahead of time.

Dont worry, no one will come down on ya for asking honest questions.  As to your specific question, yes T/Cs do suffer lapses in quality from time to time.  But like you point out about the NEFs the tend to be outside the norm.  A lot of problems mainly get traced back to the fact that T/C, at least in the Encore (not sure about the G2) likes to cut the throats of their chambers a bit more than most companies.  You also read about the occasional fram problem as well.  Its always been said that the mark of a good company tends not to be judged by how good or bad a product is, but rather how well they take care of you when your product does go bad.  And so far T/C has done a good job of takin care of most folks.

First off welcome to Graybeard. You will not offend us at all. A lot of people think the Encore stock is ugly. But I think it looks cool. 8)  My buddy thinks they are ugly and never wanted on. Well after handling mine and shooting it , he decided he wanted one. Well now I have sold him two of mine. But I still have 3.  :D  As far as the stuck case, I am sure it has happened, but one thing for sure T/C will stand behind there product.  :D

Thanks guys.
Redhawk, I'm not new to Graybeard just to this forum.  I hang out mostly at the NEF and leverguns forums.

Glad to hear there are no consistant problems with them.
