Reloading equipment for loading .410 shotshells?
« on: November 24, 2004, 11:14:59 AM »
Anyone reloading .410 shells?  Can you save any money by reloading your own .410's?  What equipment are you using? Have any good recipes?   Lee only seems to make the Load-All in 12, 20 & 28 gauge configurations.  Other presses I've looked at were to high brow for me.  I need to save some money so my daughter and I can shoot more.

I have done some limited loading on a borrowed MEC. YES you definety can save some money. I was loading 2 1/2' shells for less than $2.50 a box. Retail was $7 or $8. I had trouble loading the 3" but they were only a few pennies more. Saving $5 a box it should only take about 20 boxes to pay for a MEC. Less if you can find a used one.
Just another worthless opinion!!
