I recently bought 2 sets of RCBS dies in .204 Ruger. I bent the depriming rods in both, my fault. I called RCBS to see if they would send me the parts I needed. To my supprise the sweet little thing that answered my call said she would have 2 new whole inside assembles and a bag of depriming pins send to me at no charge. I though that Dillon was the only company with that kind of service today, but now I find that RCBS not only makes some of the best dies on the market but that they serve their customer well also. To say the least I`m very happy with RCBS and they will get some good PR from me. I tend to tell people what I think of companys, good or bad, and they are definately good!

Yes indeed.....Great Service!
I called Customer Service's 800 number today to get some help on neck sizing w/ full-length 6.5x55mm die.  He was very helpful (said:" Well, you can't really neck size with f-l die but you can back off the die 1/2 turn and try it in the chamber to see if the bolt will close and adjust from there".  What you end up with is semi full-length/neck sizing".)
He also admitted that they had neck sizing dies in stock but they were a little more expensive then some of their competitors....Now that was an honest statement!  Ya gets whats ya pay for these days.

RCBS set the standard on Customer relations.

They are the company that we compare all the other to.  RCBS is owned and operated by Blount International, and has many sub-divisions including Speer Reloading.  All of their products have the same excellent reputation.   usually NO QUESTIONS ASKED.  IN THE MAIL!

I live 54 miles from them and when I had my "Green Machine"(biggest POS I ever owned). On the 3rd trip there with it jay (now deceased) thru it in the trash can along with my carbide dies (rcbs), and said if he gave me a new 4x4 press and carbide dies would I go away. He even stated the Green Machine was a POS. Was having probs with the 4x4 eating the nylon bushings, thought I had finally got it strightened out and wanted a dillon and a buddy wanted my 4x4. Deal done. Then he started having probs. and he took it up on a thur. They said if they coundent fix it they would give him a new one. He explained he had bought it used and they said they dint care, it was one of their machs. The following thur when he got home there was a brand new 4x4 on his porch with a note stating the prob. with the other one was it was bored off center a hair.  This deal went down around 1990 and just talked to the guy the other day and he said its still cranking out 45 LC's and 45 acp's just fine. Its hard to beat cust. svc. like that.

I bought an RCBS reloading kit and didn't open the case trimmer for a few months. When I did I found a part bent in shipping. I called RCBS and kicked myself because I forgot to look up the part number so I described it. They asked me what trimmer it was and had the correct part to me in under a week, no questions asked.

About six months back I had a problem with a new power trimmer.  I finally got fed up with the unit and called RCBS in Oroville (just up the road a piece).  It was a "no fuss, no cuss" response.  The new parts went into the mail that day.  It sure makes reloading even more of a fun hobby when you get to deal with folks like that.
When seconds mean life or death, the police are only minutes away!

Over the past 40-some years I have had dealings with many of the "customer service" departments.  RCBS is without a doubt the best.

"Just tell us what you need, and we will get it out to you today."

(I'm still waiting for the opportunity to test Leupold's customer service...I haven't been able to break one yet...)

I can certainly concur with all of you.  I lost something on mine . . . can't remember what exactly it was now, but I gave them a call so I could order a new one and they said "we will ship it free, you should have it in a few days".  Got it a few days later at no cost.  I am faithful for life to RCBS.

RCBS customer service is great, livining this close to them is not. :twisted:
Next door to them is Huntingtons sporting goods store ( Fred Huntington).
By the time I wander thru and look and pick-up, then go to the musem in the back and back thru the store and get more stuff I almost have to take a mortage out on the house to cover it.  :eek: . The times I have been to RCBS, the young lady (good looking also) at the front desk has been very helpfull  and knows who to call from in back to help with your problem.
