Bullet choice?

What would you say a good .270 bullet choice for bear would be? Type/weight etc...

THE#1hunter,

I would go with either the Nosler 150 gr. Partition or the Barnes 140 or 150 gr. TSX bullets.  I wouldn’t use anything but a good premium bullet as the muscle mass and bone structure on even a Black Bear is tough.  I have taken way too many Black Bears to chance anything else.  Lawdog
