Looking forward to hearing how it shoots, I am presently enjoying shooting the Hornady 300 XTP seated long over 22.5 grains of H110, nice uniform groups at 50 yards of 1" (5 shots) velcoity of 1555 fps average and a not unpleasant recoil. Your granddaughters probably will not like the recoil of factory 240 grain loads which push 1700 + from my rifle tube, I enthusiactically dislike it myself.
