Fouling shot

I have two SB-2 receivers.One is a .243 ultra lite.The other has both a 30-30 barrel and a 45/70 barrel.I've noticed mainly on the .243 and the 30-30 and present but not quite as noticeable on the 45/70  that the first shot is high most of the time and then it seems to settle in and be very accurate after this" fouling" shot.
 Not wanting to neglect proper cleaning of the barrels between firings but not wanting to miss the first shot hunting I have somewhat lessed the cleaning process to counteract this tendency.I am cleaning the residue of firing but unless I am storing the rifles for a period of time it mainly becomes just wiping the bore out.
 Is this pretty well the "nature of the beast"?

FWIW, I've read of a lot of shooters that once they zero their hunting rifle, they don't clean it until after the season unless they absolutely have to due to weather conditions. I've never done that, mine have always shot good out of a clean, unfouled barrel. But, some rifles are different.

Both my Handi in 45/70 and my Ruger #1 in 6mm shoot high and to the left from a clean bore.  My Krag doesn't care, nor does my 22 Hornets in the Savage and NEf.  I suppose I could just right that all down, but I prefer to foul all my rifles before hunting with them, and I leave them that way until hunting season ends or heavy/humid weather require cleaning.  Even then, I foul the bore again before hunting
