Tracker II sight screw

When sighting in the Tracker II today, the elevation adjusting screw was lost.  Does anyone know what size the screw is and where we can get one?  Deer season starts next Saturday.

:D , Welcome aboard rwullsch!!!, I don't have that info at my fingertips but I'll try to come up with it tomorrow. A local gunsmith would be the best bet in a hurry, or call customer service at H&R Monday morning and ask them to send one right out. They are sometimes very good and in a situation like yours I could see them sending it right out in an envelope for no charge and you would have it by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest! They do amaze us all at times...some good people there, ask for John if you can and advise him people here suggested you call, he ahs been a great help to many of us here, and he alone gives their CS section a pretty good reputation ....<><.... :grin:

I just tried calling customer service.  I need the serial number before I call again. Will tell you how it all turned out.

I called customer service.  They asked for the serial number and my address.  I am expecting it anyday.  No questions about method of payment or charges.  Maybe it will be free.

rwullsch,if they did not ask for a credit card number it's free!! Customer service at times, most times in fact, really try to help out we the customers. I am sure they do have some constraints they must adhere to also but they are great for the most part...Good Luck hunting....<><.... :grin:

The screw came today at no charge.  They sent a bunch of literature along.  I think I know what things I want for Christmas now! :wink:

Good for you rwullsch, hope Santa's good to you...Did the sight screw fit and work out OK? CS is usually pretty good like that. Did you get a chance to sight it in and take it out hunting?....<><.... :grin:

I have been out hunting with my NEF Huntsman the last few days.  Nothing scored so far. Tomorrow is the last day for first season in Iowa.
Haven't been able to shoot the tracker ii yet.
