I would like to know a little about it...  I don't have a Handi yet...but it is on my list.  Seems like a natural evolution since going from Contender pistol to Carbines...stronger action/ entire firearm for the price of a Contender BARREL .  Here is my interest.  I have heard that the Thompson 357 Max chamberings are done with something more resembling a forcing cone in a revolver...they do not have a proper throat.  Do you think this reamer would help my Contender chamber?
....make it count

Robert i dont think this reamer will help.what i am doing along with  many others, we are rechambering  357 mag barrels to 357max.if your barrel is already chambered to max then the reamer my not help you.if i am wrong about this then someone just jump in and correct my error.

Robert, it's iffy. Dave Manson will sell you a throater very reasonably, and that's what I would use if I had trouble getting accuracy from the standard throat.
