I cannot send or receive PMs and when I try it says "administrator has blocked you from sending PMs."

Is something wrong with the system or did you change something or what? Should I just wait and see or should I just sign up again with a different name?

also been watching it, and when Bill opened the front door, Fluffy darted out to see the moose. The moose  quickly came over to the cat, and Bill thought he was going
to trample Fluffy, but instead they touched noses!  And Bill got the picture!
