Mitchells Mausers

On mitchellsales.com, the way I understand it, they have an M48 Mauser for $50. It is in the category on the top left of the home page, historic mausers, or something like that. Anyway, near the bottom of the page, model M48-73 says- Consecutive serial numbers when available, price per gun. The price is 50 bucks. I was wondering if that is a complete, ready to shoot Mauser that has been reconditioned. The fancy ones with all the goodies is about 500 dollars, so I was just wondering about the $50.
Am I understanding this right? If it is, what caliber is it?

Again, thank y'all for sticking with me on this whole Mauser deal, Everyone has been lots of help.

I just want to get me a Mauser soon....

i don't know... sounds to good to be true. i bought an M44 for $50 , what i got was POS parts gun that couldn't hit a 4x8 sheet of plywood at 75 yards. i tried to sell it and eventually took the loss and gave it my smith for parts. you get what you pay for.

Reconditioned for $50??  Your kidding me right I'll buy a few if thats the price.  I've seen some of them still new in the boxes for $250 at gun shows.  I still have one unshot yet($225) its just too pretty to take out and shoot it.                                                       BigBill
