In regards to action strength, it is my UNDERSTANDING, not personal knowledge, that the newer H&R/NEF (They are the same receiver) are about equal to the older TC but not close to the newer version.
Accuracy will vary from gun to gun. I suggest going on the TC forum and seeing what they are getting and compare that to what you read on these forums about NEF's 243. I asked on the TC forum a few weeks ago and find that they tend to have the same issues the NEF's do but are very well taken care of from the factory. With that in mind, I have not been disappointed but once by factory work, and that was years ago.
