Scope rail question

I need to pick up a scope rail for my huntsman, and I got a couple of questions. #1)Does the $18 for the rail/extension combo include shipping costs, or do I have to add that extra?  #2)How long is the usual shipping time lately on orders to the factory?  I have the muzzleloader season coming up on the 27Dec, and need to get it set up, and sighted in before then...Thanks for any replys.

Hello Cattleskinner, Haven't seen you around for a while,  welcome
 
 back try to stay around. Now about the scope rail, I think when

 I order scope rails some time back, there was a $ 5.00 Shipping fee,

 Called used Credit card, Got back in less than a week. I like NEF

 scope rails better than Weaver's for multi groves. I hope this helps!
