I just picked up a brand new Remington 11-87 Premier 20 gauge. I got it with the 26 inch field barrel. The only slug barrel available is from Remington and its a 21 inch fully rifled barrel with rifle sights. I have to have a scope. I was wondering if I could have a cantilever mount put on this barrel? I'm not gonna drill and tap the receiver. Thank's

Remington has a clamp on cantilever that goes on the vent rib, plus there are after market versions that would silver-braze on a plain barrel. Check the Brownells catalog.

Thank's Bob_k, I should have been more specific, I would like to have the cantilever mount put on the 21 inch rifled barrel. I will check Brownells though!

How about trying a Hastings barrel? I am quite sure that they offer a 20 gauge barrel with a cantilever mount.

Will_C, Hastings makes two different barrels for a Remington 1100 20 ga. but nothing for a 11-87 20 ga.
