Custom Apature sites

Hello I'd Like to use open sights on whatever Encore pistol Barrel I decide to get for next year. what Id really like would be a rear sight similar to whats on the AR-15/M-16 where you have one opening thats much wider making it good for close range/quick target aquirement and one with a much tighter hole for more accurate ranged shots.  Does anyone have anything like this, or know where i could get one?

On one of my Encore rifle barrels I have a Williams FP site mounted.  You can unscrew the apeture and use the larger hole as a sort of ghost ring.  This is with a rifle but I don't see why it would not work with a pistol too.

I've seen those williams sights but I'd really like something close to the AR style "flip up" because I can see situations where I might have near or far shots on the same hunt.
