Which of the many surplus .223 ammos on the market are the best value (accuracy/price)? Boxer primed would be a nice plus.

Try the Sportsmansguide.com  picked up some Federal Lake City 62gr brass with boxer primer so it is reloadable.  Price is reasonable too.
