Can the smaller grip found on the fixed sight GP-100's replace the larger grip that I have on my adjustable sight GP-100? If so does anyone have one they want to get rid of? Thanks

Yes it can, the grip stud is the same, only the grip itself is different.
Sorry I can't help you on actually getting one though, have you tried calling Ruger to get one?
