Is this true, HR/NEF changing the design?  If so, what are the particulars of the change, would acc barrels encorporate the extractor and be compatable with older recvrs.

A couple of peole here have reported getting rifles that extract only. These seem to be rifles manufactered this year, it could be a change introduced midyear. I've no idea if the change is compatable with older frames, but I would think they wouldn't change the frame for this. We'll have to wait for more from buyers of newer rifles it seems.
