How about an NEF in .50 cal bmg

I saw a thread about dream cartridges for the Handi, and I just thought about the ultimate round for the Handi would be the .50 cal Browning machine gun round. It would probably have to be a different frame though.  8)    :-D
Ohhhh, I hate when that happens

And a different shooter too.  One that weighed about 450 lbs.  You do realize that most of the 50 BMG rifles weigh in the 35-55 lbs range.  You are talking about serious recoil here and I don't mean 45-70 type stuff, I talking about kick, stomp, and ask you what the hell are you thinking about stuff.  You are talking about a 700 grain bullet at close to 3,000 fps.  Maybe for you but NOT FOR ME. :D

You are not the only one who has had those thoughts, but I wouldn't shoot it in a handi-rifle. My local gun shop has a .50bmg bolt gun, and it is big    I like it but don't have a use for it. The woodchucks around here go down just fine with my .17hmr.

I just got a great email with a great pic that I wish I knew how to post on this site, relating to a 50 BMG.  Can anyone help me on this?

Don, just copy and paste the text in a post. Right click the pic in the email and choose save and put it on your pc somewhere then put it in the GBO album then link to it unless you have a host site that you use.
