And if you want to see how fast a base can scramble 2 jets, take a 6 ft. dia bollon and fill it with helium, a long cord with long strips of alum. wrap attached and turn it loose late in the afternoon.   :)  I dint  do it was overseas when it hapened but heard about it being done.
P.S. ifin you do something like this get outta of dodge fast, cause if you get caught  your gonna be spending a lot of time getting 3 hots and a cot.
