I was just checking out the site.  Do they charge a Haz Mat fee?  Reasonable prices, I just dont like ordering powder via the mail when I know Im gonna pay $20 plus shipping to get the stuff.  I couldnt find anything on shipping or charges involved.

First off, you always have to pay the Haz-Mat when shipping powder.
Second, Skirmish Powder is made for the re-enactor market, as in  blank charges, and is not recomended for accurate shooting.
The best way to mail order powder is by the 25 lb. case, get a couple buddies to split it with you.
