Anybody loading the .44 sp/mag/Russian or 444Marlin with BP?

I like the .44 family and am considering jumping into the .444 realm in the future.  So do any of you load any of this family with BP?  What firearms do you shoot them out of?  What kind of performance are you seeing?

Thanks!

:D  :D  hi ya plainsmen, just before Christmas i bought  a book about back powder reloading  by i think sam falada, anyway i cam across loading data for  .44 specil got to thinking  way  not loaded 50 rounds in five round groups starting with goex 2fg  and had one hellofa good time making white smoke and terrorizing paper targets i really havent gotten to the nitty gritty in working for accuracy but the load that called for pyrodex p was by far the most accurate, with five rounds touching to make a1 inch group off a bench, i havent worked on it any more but what i did was load .44 special loads in a .44mag case, what could have helped in accuracy would have been to load the case in a drop tube and if i had an open space between the powder and bullet would to be a littlecream o wheat filler , havent done this yet , been working on a .45-70 instead.
have fun but be carefull if you would like send me a note on who wrote the book and i'll send the name and some data your way
