S&W 2213
« on: February 06, 2005, 06:25:51 PM »
I have a 41 smith with all three barrels and it has been my pet for years.  I also have a 2213 with the 3" bbl that I can put in my shirt pocket and hardly know its there.  It goes everywhere I go for personal defense. Yeah its only a .22 but a hit is a HIT.  It comes with a 7 rd mag but the 10 round mags from the 41 also fit.

Dali Llama say that old adage say that .22 in pocket be preferable over .44 Magnum left at home.

I too have a 2213 and installed a Hogue slide on grip sleeve, makes for a more determined grip. You have to memorize where the mag release button is located because you can no longer see it. Yes, it is a convenient pocket gun and as stated above, better than something bigger that is left at home.
