I see that caliber mentioned here alot.  I think our local gunshop has three or four boxes of this ammo on his shelf,  if it is hard to find or something I would be glad to doublecheck that for someone.  The boxes look to have been there a while, I am pretty sure it is 38-55 Winchester brand.

 This ammo is available here in Arkansas, it is kinda pricey, $ 20.10 a box of 20. I was wondering if you noticed the price there in Mississippi ?

I gotta run by there tomorrow so I will look for the price and get it to ya! Like I said, it appears to have been on the shelf for a while so the guy may make a heck of a deal on it if someone took it all.  I will find out.  It was an odd caliber that made me take notice of it in the first place!!

It is 255gr SP  38-55
Price is marked 24.99 but he will probably take less to get shed of it!

 Thanks for the info, it looks like we are doing allright here on price, 5 dollars more is a lot.
 We have about 6 inches of snow this morning so I won't be going out soon.
