Thought WNC was Western North Carolina.  My brother called me from there this morning, told me about the weather.  Glad for your weather. so you can shoot.

He is somewhere near goldsboro.  I have not been to his house yet, he moved there this last summer.

The NEf is easy to bore sight. I put a scope on mine the removed the stock from the barrel. I put the barrel in one of those Black and Decker Bench Mate vices . I then looked through the barrel and lined it up with a driveway light in a neighbor's yard. I then adjusted the crosshairs on the scope to get the same picture. When I went to the range ,I was 3' low and 3" to the left. A couple of adjustment and I was dead center ! Great shooter !
