4200elite or zeiss conquest 3x9 or 3.5x10 44mm

Looking to buy one these scopes not sure which one is better. I want either 2.5x10 elite 40mm or the 3x9 40mm or 3.5x10 44mm conquest. Which one has better clarity and is the 44mm tube going to have me change my height on the rings?

I'm a little partial to the Conquest....either one you mentioned.  I have the 3.5-10x44 (2) and love them.

I have had both and I would go with the Conquest. I think the clarity is better and eye relief longer.
