Does anyone have any experience with petsafe underground dog fences? I have 2 new lab/collie mix puppies that I want to use it on when they get older. The dogs will be in the 50- 100 lb range. Any opinions would be great.

I don't, but one thing to remember, electric fences keep your dog in but do not keep other dogs (and coyotes) out!  If you do use the electric fence, make sure you have your pups fixed otherwise you might have lab/collie and ? mixes of your own 8 months down the line.  :)

They work well as long as you do your part, follow the directions, and dont skip using the flags. The dog needs a visual reference at first... :D
The early bird get's the worm, but the second mouse get's the cheese.....

They should work on your dogs, but they won't keep  Huskies and Jack Russels in.  They also sometinmes short out in a rain.

What do you mean by shorting out in rain, even when ith box is put in a dry building?
