I have taken a few coyotes with my 204 now but have run out of the 40 grain cartridges I was using and all I can find are 32 grain or some such. Anybody shot any song dogs with one of the light bullets yet? The 40 grainers work just fine.

How is the pelt damage with the 40 gr loads, are the bullets exiting?

I would like to know about the penetration on Coyotes. What is pelt damage like? Performance on called in critters? Any and all date would be appreciated. Would like to compare the Ruger .204 to the .22 Hornet. Lawdog
