Picked up a 2005 catalogue today. The web site is pretty useless.
Nothing new in the 1895 and 444 lineup. I'm not aware of any exciting additions to the 336 offerings, either. FWIW, the 336C continues to be offered in .35 Rem.
In the 1894 lineup, the return of the 1894CL (half magazine) in .32-20 is the big treat. I don't know if this means future runs of the .25-20 and .218 Bee, but I a lot of guys are probably hoping so. It's interesting to note that the 1894 .44 mag has gone back to straight grip. The 1894FG with the pistol grip remains --- still with those microgroove barrels that I'd be willing to bet were originally manufactured in the 1980s. The 1894PG (.44 mag, pistol grip) seems to be gone, gone, gone. I'm glad I was finally able to track one down before Marlin pulled the plug on it. The 1894C (.357) doesn't appear to have changed.
In the cowboy lineup, they've still got the cowboy competition models in .38 Spl and 45 LC as well as the .32 H&R Cowboy, the standard 1894 Cowboy in .357, .44 and .45 and the 1895 Cowboy in .45-70. The Model Golden 39A (.22) and Model 410 (lever shotgun).
That's it for the levers, as far as I can tell. They're now offering Italian-made doubles and over-unders under the LC Smith name. But that's another category.
