sons first hunt

i was planing on my son to have his first hunt sometime soon.  he has two guns  that would seem sutible.  A conteder 14 inch bbl in .35 rem  and a suber black hawk in .44 msg.  Would you sugest one over the other.

hes only 13 but he is around 5foot 10  and 150 pounds he has yet to find a gun  that he wont shoot.

Sageman,
You need to take him out to the range and work with him and determine
which one is best suited for him, Also pick the gun that is best suited for the area you will be hunting. Good luck Sir.........Joe.......

both would work equally well. If it were his first handgun hunt id probably favor a contender with a scope over an open sighted revolver
