base and rings for T/C encore

I recieved an Encore 209 x 50 for Christmas and am going to put a Bushnell Elite 3200 on it. What base and rings do you think it the best value for the money?

I personally would go with the Leupold Dual Dovetail mounts.  I think to remember is go one step higher with the rings.  This way you can get your finger in between the hammer and scope.
