If the pistol is shooting to your desired point of aim I would leave it alone. The standard rear sight is very sturdy and easier to draw and use from a holster in a defensive situation than a target style adjustable sight. If your pistol is shooting right or left of your point of aim the rear sight is drift adjustable for windage. If your pistol is shooting high or low of your point of aim the I would install the Beretta adjustable rear, part#E00205. It is adjustable from 3.4, 3.6 and 3.8 mm and is about the same size as the factory rear sight and won't effect pistol when holstered or used defensivly. If your primary use is for target shooting the Beretta target adjustable rear sight, part #E00169 would be a good choice. As stated in the earlier post they are larger and due extend farther reward. You may want to look at different shooting supply companies as you may find a better deal than the factory pricing. If you need more help give me a shout, hope this helps you out.
