Don't worry about HP. When Obama takes office, HP will be put out of business because they will fall pray to the "Junk" or "Cheap" gun legislation that was floating around in congress a few years back.
With Obama, Biden, Reed, Pelosi and their great friends in the anti 2nd amendment movement. We can stop worrying about HP and similar companies. Obama the savor, is going to protect us from affordable firearms becasue of the harm they casue to us. We need his help, lets let him take care of these type of problems. At least we won't have to talk about them anymore. 
Hopefully, the recent HELLER vs DC supreme court ruling will knock the wind out of Obama's sails on his anti 2nd amendment stance.
As soon we have one of the conservatives die or retire from the bench, the Liberals under Obama will get their chance to appoint a left wing nut case to the court. At which time, all the major league anti-2nd amendment legislation will flow out of congress like a broken dam to Obama's desk for signature. With a majority in both houses and a willing president, there's nothing stopping them and the supreme court will never over turn a dam thing.
One of Obama's legacy items will be his ability to change the 5/4 split to a 4/5 majority for the Liberals.
