New York Hunter, if you get a chance, how about a picture of your rifle? I just love older guns, older whiskey and younger women? Not really, I'll stick with the woman I've got, been with her for 27 years.

I'm not exactly sure how it's done on this site myself. I think they host the pictures themselves and then you move it to your post? If anyone is in the know, please jump in here and help me out? I'll try me theory and post again.

The following is in the FAQ section of the board.  Most boards tell you how to post pics, most often in their own FAQ.

Can I post Images? Images can indeed be shown in your posts. However, there is no facility at present for uploading images directly to this board. Therefore you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.some-unknown-place.net/my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor to images stored behind authentication mechanisms such as Hotmail or Yahoo mailboxes, password-protected sites, etc. To display the image use either the BBCode [img] tag or appropriate HTML (if allowed).

I like to use http://tinypic.com/ on other sites, never tried it here before.

Actually, I think you've mistaken this forum. And I wish I could say that I've been right, 100% of the time, but I can't. I seem to remember a quote, "To err is human". This forum is a very good place to discuss a mutual interest in anything outdoors, which I'm sure you share with all others here. And, I'm sure that all here appreciate that you've corrected this by doing so, in the way a man would of, by apologizing. Hang in there, there is a lot to learn here, for all of us.

not to fuel any fires here,  but if you are going to make an accusation in public,  dont get upset if the accused defends his honor in public.

ebonitekid767, myronman3 hit the nail on the head. You called me to task in "public". I ask you in "public" why you were saying that I shoot my deer early. All you had to do was answer my question the first time, but you wouldn't, so I got a little upset. For that I apologize to you.

Don't leave Graybeards. This is a really good sight. Your pretty new here but you'll find your little "niche" so to say. If I had a nickle for every time I had a disagreement on this sight, I wouldn't have to work again.

Stick around my friend! :toast:
