new 22 mag sportster

i done it. i put a sportster 22 mag on layaway. this is my first 22 mag,and my first singleshot.any info on scopes&ammo would be greatly appreciated.also got this for 130.00, i know wally world is cheaper but i like to help the little man.thanks again

As far as optics, depends on what you want to do with the rifle, I've got an older japan built 4-16x40AO Tasco on mine, but if I were only hunting with it, I'd probably go for a 2-7x or 3-9x instead.

Of course rifles can differ even in the same make/ model...
  My Sportster likes PMC Predators best..
