I picked up a nice used scope today. It's a Swift 6-18x44 AO. Cabelas lists this for $209, I got it for $50! All the mechanics work fine, no scratches, nice and clear optics. I think it'll go nice on my .223 Ultra.

Sounds like a good deal. A lot of people here like the Swifts and a 6-18x is a good match up for the .223 ultra.

That would be a 669, particularly nice scope if it's the new premier grade with gold markings on the scope body, the white marked model is the older standard grade, still a good scope, the newer premier model being fully multi coated being the biggest difference. Great buy at $50, Don!! The best price on the net would be $150 at Digitalfotoclub.com
