what do you guys say about a friendly coemption while we're all out there

all of us with open sited guns can be in the same group for a day and if wes could swing it could be a place that would be safe for such a event (30-30's and 45-70 don't blow up like 223s and 204's ).

I just want to have a lot of fun burning powder and visiting with no competition, but if anyone wants to that will be alright. :-D

Just kiddin Mitchel....I'll defffinately waste most of my ammo on misses using a scoped rifle much less open sights...

Since H&R/NEF is a part of Marlin, can I bring my Marlin 1894 in 44mag or 41mag? Both of them are without scopes, and have the orginal sights?

I personally don't see why not Dennis... :wink: There is apparently going to be allot of bolt guns that arn't even "cousins" to H&R . My model 70 .225 Winny is going to be one of um..... :roll:

dude bring them all!!!!!! my little open site challenge thing is just somthing to do and is not formal at all. i just want to see how far i can shoot one with irons but a little friendly coemption never hurt anything and thats all it is i don't care if you bring a plama rifle i just want to have fun . and i think just about everybody (but me) is bring other guns besides NEF's so it really doesn't matter.

Actually that is a new load and boolits I tried out....they shoot pretty dern good from that sawed off barrel...I'm happy...I got another load also that uses the 180 grain XTP's...I really like that boolit!!! :eek:

:-D :-D I'm really thinking of putting a scope on that lil barrel just to see if I can tighten up the groups...my old eyes just won't focus on that short sight radius...
