Over on the MSN BPCR forum, a Shooter made a simple device comprising of a hot plat & an electrical box to pre-heat mould or keep one @ a constant temp when taking a break.

I just use a hot plate....put them on there to pre-heat and if I am going to stop for a few minutes...works just great.
