Took Coyote w/Recurve this weekend.

Took this yote w/my Recurve this weekend coming back to the truck from my deer stand. He was moving across a pasture so I moved into the brush and squeak him into about 15 yds. When he looked down I put a Zwickey Eskimo through the boiler room.  He ran about 20 yards and piled up.  Morrison Takedown Recurve, 57# @ 28", Legacy shafts with feathers.

Hey Hawkeye, congrats on the yote. They are much harder to kill than Whitetails IMO. 8)

Hawkeye,
Congradulations!

I agree with Dutch/AL, in that coyotes are much more difficult to harvest than whitetails. You've made quite an accomplishment and with a traditional bow too.  8)

I shot my first coyote with a bow, 2 years ago and I still remember it as if it were yesterday.

Good hunting, Bowhunter57

Congrats!  As stated above, they are much harder to hunt than whitetails.  Heck of a trophy :D
Thanks!

AWSOME! JOB
ANY coyote with a recurve (or any bow for that matter) is a real trophy.
