If a rat is kept at 34 degrees will it be ok for a few days??
also...what are the tricks to the fellas that skin rats in a minute or less?  I can do them in a few minutes but not under 1!!  Maybe i need to do a few hundred of them...

34 degrees will keep a rat 2 or 3 days but don't let it go too long.  The fresher the rat the easier it skins.

The secret of skinning a rat in a minute or less is to keep knife work to a miniumn and get plenty of practice.

FYI I've known people who can do 5 rats in a minute.   There's a contest held every year down in Cambridge, Maryland, and if you want to see some rat peeling that's the place to be.
