Cheap .22 ammo powder problems/inconsistencies

You mentioned the CB caps occasionally have bad powder and if so you are lucky if the bullet leaves the barrel. I shoot the CCI CB longs in my rifle and worry about this. Can the bullet become lodged in the barrel and if so is it difficult to remove?

If you've got the appropriate sized wooden dowel or brass rod, you can simply pound them back out. The problem is when you stick one in the barrel and don't realize it.
