My buddy has used one for years.  He says it is a tack driver and hits well out to about 150 yds with Barnes ML expander bullets.

I don't know about the 45 cal. but I have sighted in a couple of 50 cal. Wolverines in the past and they both grouped well. I'm not a big fan of that screw type safety on the back of the bolt though. If I were budget conscious I would get a Wolverine over the other cheap inlines. Wolverine use to be bottom of the line Knight, then came the All American but then I lost count of the numerous models Knight has put out. I not sure but a I'd bet all the Knights use basically the same Green Mountain barrels.
All the knights rifles I ever touched were all shooters, all 50 cal though.
Good Luck,
Stan

The two best inlines for under $200 are the Wolverine and the NEF Sidekick.
I see the Sidekick at Cabelas for $160. Probably could look around and find one a little cheaper.
Both are accurate and well made, and made in America.
Aim small don't miss.
