i have been looking for a 22lr barrel for a time and i checked out the price for a new one but i held out thinking a good deal would come along.low and behold it did yesterday.at the GR gun show i found a super 14 stainless steel barrel topped with a silver scope base and silver rings and those rings were holding a silver 4x Leupold pistol scope :grin: this setup looks new and i dont think the barrel has ever been shot.there is no frame marks on the side of the barrel or anything,no rubs of any kind.i got this setup for $275.00 total out the door.hell the scope alone costs $280.00 before shipping from Midway.this guy selling this barrel also had a stainless Contender frame and a 17hmr barrel setup with a Leupold target varmint scope up around 12x i think and also had a 375jdj barrel ported setup with a Leupold 4x scope.all stainless and silver scopes that looked like new.all the stuff was at 1/2 price of new or a little below that.i should of got it all but i felt i should be able to eat for the rest of the week :wink:
this silver barrel and scope looks real good on my new blued G2 frame and i will post a picture of the setup soon
