60 to 63's:
W-748 From 22.1 grains to 27.5 grains

68 to 70's:
W-748 From 23.4 grains to 27.0 grains

75's:

As you can see, W-748 is a better choice of powder, and has a wider loading range than W-760.
However, the statement was made that W-760 is not suitable for the .223 Remington cartridge. I would not use W-760 for bullets lighter than 52 grains, nor heavier than 70 grains.
