Do the sights that come on the Handi-rifle work pretty well out to 150 yards or so or is there a better after market options that are fine enough to shoot to this distance? Another question that I should probably already know, Does the BC come drilled and tapped for a scope base. *I have one on layaway but I can't remember if it was drilled and tapped. It has sights on it.
shot placement is everything.

The BC barrel is drilled and tapped for a rail just like the standard barrels are. Here are some great pics to refresh your memory and tantalize those that are interested....

Thanks for the refresher. I do remember that it had a very nice looking stock. I think it will be a couple months yet as I have several different toys on lawaway.

Mac, I will keep that in mind

James: with 405gr lead slugs at 1100-1300fps my stock sights would just get me to 100 yds. If you only need to get to 150 you could get a lower front sight. I got the optional Willams target sight from the H&R store, and am good for 250yds+
