Canadian Gun Registry is only 1.3 BILLION dollars over budget this month.

The registry was originally sold to lawmakers in Canada with a price tag of 85 million dollars.  The government has now been trying to make this program work for 12 years without success.  They are determined to have this huge feces put in order by 2007.
